Forró Regensburg Summer Festival

Our Forró Regensburg Summer Festival will take place from July 22nd to 24th, 2022.

The marathon starts on Friday the 22nd with our monthly party and ends on the 24th with a shared Forró picnic.

Program:
July 22nd: Forró Party with Open Level course
Location: Swingmaniacs, Puricellistrasse 40, 93049 Regensburg

July 23: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. workshops (different levels) with Tau Macedo (@tau.macedo) and Philip (@forrowelt)
Location: Old Mälzerei, Galgenbergstraße 20, 93053 Regensburg

Forró taster course 7:30 – 8:30 p.m
From 9 p.m.: Forró de KA (@forrodeka) concert followed by a party until around 2 a.m
Location: Old Malthouse

July 24: 10 am – 2 pm Forró and picnic in the Municipal Park

Prices:
Full Pass: Friday party including Open Level course, Saturday workshops, Saturday party, Forró picnic 53 € (reduced), 60 € (reg

Saturday Party Pass: Saturday party + concert with Forró de KA, 18€ (reduced), 23€ (regular)

if you also want to take part in the Friday and Sunday program, it costs an additional 8 €. Admission is paid on site on Friday.

You don't necessarily need to have any Forró experience. Some workshops will also be for beginners or we also offer a taster course on the Saturday before the concert.

If you are just interested in (Brazilian) live music, you are more than welcome to just come to the concert!
